Brand: Pantone
Colour you can wear
What if a PANTONE chip was something you could put on? A concept campaign that turns the brand's iconic colour chip into a lipstick, taken from a paper sketch to a 15-second commercial built entirely with AI.
Personal concept project, not affiliated with any brand.
- Illustrator
- ChatGPT
- Figma Weave
- Nano Banana Pro
- Kling 3
- Adobe Firefly
- Luma Reframe
- CapCut
The Process
Idea
Sketch, moodboard and vector packaging in Illustrator.
Prototype
ChatGPT turns the vectors into a photoreal product that locks shape, colour and labels.
Scenes
A node workflow in Figma Weave builds lifestyle scenes with Nano Banana Pro.
Motion
Kling 3 with a Kling Element and Adobe Firefly bring the product to life.
Edit
Luma Reframe to 16:9, then cut, pacing and sound design in CapCut.
From paper to vector
It started as a sketch on paper. I gathered references (Pantone-inspired beauty products and the Color Bridge guides) into a moodboard, then redrew the concept in Illustrator.
Locking the packaging
Before any scene, the product had to be fixed. Using the vectors as a reference, I created a photoreal prototype of every shade, closed and open.
Lifestyle scenes on one canvas
In Figma Weave I built a node-based workflow where the same product reference feeds every scene. Characters and settings were written from scratch as prompts, with Claude connected via MCP as my prompt library. Resizing, variations and model comparisons all happened on the same canvas.
The real challenge: packaging in motion
Video models kept breaking the product: caps flipped, shapes melted and labels turned into noise. Two techniques fixed it.
A Kling Element built from four angles
I fed Kling four perspectives of the packaging so it could understand the product in 3D, then used that element in every Kling 3 generation.
First and last frames
Two stills of the same shot, a neutral look and a wink, define where the clip starts and ends. The model only animates what happens in between, so the face and the product stay consistent.
Edit & sound
Luma Reframe extended the clips to 16:9 without cropping the product. The final cut, pacing, keyframe zooms and sound design (clicks, swishes and footsteps) came together in CapCut.
Ad Variations from 1 Reference
Three campaign variations built from one reference image using a node-based workflow. Each version was generated with the same prompt in ChatGPT, changing only the talent, to show how a single brief can scale into multiple ads while the product, logo and layout stay identical.
Instagram Stories Ads — Awareness Campaign
Four vertical 1080 × 1920 ads for Instagram Stories, created for a digital awareness campaign. Each ad promotes a different shade with its own background colour, model and pose, while the packaging, label text and logo remain exactly as in the reference. Generated with ChatGPT.
Prompt“Create 4 different vertical ads (1080 × 1920 px) for Instagram Stories, for a digital awareness campaign. Respect the ad safe zones and follow the style of the reference images. Each ad promotes a different packaging from the reference: do not change or distort the packaging, keep all text legible and the logo exactly as it is. Give each ad a different background colour (4 colours in total) and feature a different woman in a different pose in each one. Every ad must include the logo and the ‘Lips & Pocket’ text exactly as in the reference photos, placed behind the woman.”
What I learned
Consistency is the hard part.Keeping a product identical across scenes and in motion is still the biggest challenge in AI video.
References beat long prompts.A strong master image and multiple angles did more than any prompt.
Direction stays human.Tools speed up execution; the idea and the judgement are still the work.
Kid and Dog's Dreamland
"Kid and Dog's Dreamland"
This short piece is inspired by my nephew and his dog, and it became a great playground to truly understand how different AI tools behave and how much creative decision-making is still required.
The Process
Technical Script
The story written beat by beat as a technical script before any image existed.
Frame by Frame
Each frame generated individually with Nano Banana — the tool wasn't nearly as advanced a few months ago, so prompts had to be extremely specific.
Frame → Video
Turned each frame into video using storyboard skills — writing prompts like a technical script, refined with Claude's prompt library for precision.
Edit
Every clip cut, trimmed and polished together in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Cinematic Shot
Dressed in Spring
Final project for the Midjourney Complete Guide: Master Gen. AI Image Creation certification. The course focused on producing higher-quality image variations in Midjourney and building complete scenes and visual narratives — which I then took a step further, turning the stills into a short, music-driven video with a cinematic finish.
Key Frames & Prompts
Six Midjourney stills used as start and end frames — each pair became one shot in Leonardo AI.
Every prompt locked the same girl, outfit, lighting and background — no camera shake, no sudden movement.
The Process
High-Quality Stills
Generating refined image variations in Midjourney — controlling style, lighting and consistency across every frame.
Scenes & Narrative
Building complete scenes and sequencing them into a visual story, like a storyboard, before anything moves.
Stills → Motion
Animating the images with frame-based techniques in Leonardo AI, using start and end frames to control each shot.
Sound & Cinematic Edit
Adding music and extending shots with Premiere Pro's AI tools, then cutting everything together for a cinematic finish.
AI Photoshoots
Photoshoots Built Entirely with AI
These projects were created entirely using AI-driven workflows, exploring tools such as Leonardo AI and Midjourney for image generation, combined with Adobe Firefly, Photoshop and Premiere Pro for post-production and video creation. All videos were developed from AI-generated frames and cinematic scenes built through prompt engineering, turning still images into cohesive visual narratives.
A traditional version of this content — booking talent, a location, a photographer and a full production and post-production team for a month — would typically run somewhere in the €4,000–7,000 range in Europe. Producing it with AI instead meant the company could skip that spend entirely, and still get content fully targeted to different markets and audiences.
The Process
Empty-Room Photography
Real photos of each space, shot with no people in them.
People, Added by Prompt
Ages, mood, camera movement, lighting and format — prompted in, aiming for a natural, organic result.
Photo → Video
Each finished photo turned into a short video, generated frame by frame from its own prompt.
Edited in Premiere Pro
All the clips assembled and edited together into one final sequence.
100% AI-generated — built entirely from the room photography above.
Brand Identity & Systems
Stamina Socks — Brand Visuals
Full identity guidelines — logo system, colour, typography and product application rules.
View project →Vanillaface — Packaging
Visual language, illustrated characters and packaging system.
View project →Presentation Template System
A master slide template built for internal and external pitches, decks and reports.
View project →Stamina Socks — Brand Visuals
A visual brand proposal for a performance sportswear sock brand, built for a client in Mexico — logo, brand book and a custom fox illustration, aimed at a young, active audience.
A Brand Built Around Speed
Stamina is a visual brand proposal for a performance sports-sock brand for a client in Mexico. I ran light UX-flavoured market research alongside studying for my UI/UX specialization at the time, then built the brand book — logo, colour system, typography and a custom fox illustration — aimed at a young, active audience.
Logo & Brand Identity
The brand book, rebuilt as a clean system: strategy, logo, construction, usage rules and colour.
Who Stamina Is For
A short strategy defined the brand before any visual work — and shaped every design decision after it.
Brand Introduction
More than a sock — a symbol of resilience and endurance, made for people who push their limits and never back down from a challenge.
Brand Voice
Energetic, determined and a little playful — motivating and encouraging, like a trusted partner cheering you on at every step.
Brand Vision
To rethink the athletic experience — giving athletes at every level the confidence and support to reach goals without limits.
Target Audience
Go-getters, trailblazers and relentless competitors — athletes, fitness fans and anyone who values performance and comfort.
The Running Fox
A custom-illustrated fox in full stride, locked up with a bold, hand-traced wordmark — built to read as fast and energetic at any size.
Logo Grid
The lockup is built on a module x, equal to the height of the descriptor. The wordmark spans 12x, the fox 10x, and every element sits on the same grid.
Room to Run
Clear space
Keep a margin of at least 1x on every side, free of text, graphics or image edges.
Minimum size
Below these sizes the fox details and the descriptor stop reading clearly.
Logo on Brand Colours
Full-colour versions for every background in the palette, plus one-colour versions for single-ink production.
Five Core Colours
A confident blue and deep navy, balanced by the fox's red and a high-energy lime accent.
What to Avoid
The logo only works as drawn. Always use the master artwork — never modify it.
Product & Campaign
Social Content
Vanillaface — Packaging
Packaging and character illustration for a Mexican flavoured-beverage brand — nine original hand-drawn characters, one for every flavour.
Nine Characters, Built Entirely by Hand
Handmade Character Proposal
Early character studies for the brand's monkey mascot, explored by hand before settling on the final illustration style — then developed further into a full set of personalities for the character to take on.
Final Packaging
Nine flavours across the full range — coffee, tea lattes and iced lemonades — each pouch illustrated with its own character and personality.
Lifestyle Images
The packaging in context — beach days and pool parties — showing how the character art holds up outside the studio.
Presentation Template System
A master slide template built for a company's internal and external presentations — pitches, sales decks and reports — so any team could build a polished deck fast without starting from zero.
A Master Template for Every Pitch
Built as a single master file covering everything a deck needs — covers, section breakers, content layouts, data and map components, an icon set and an imagery direction — so decks stay on-brand whether they're built for an internal review or an external pitch. A handful of slides are shown here as a sample of the full system.
Some slides were built directly in Adobe Illustrator for finer typographic and layout control, then brought together into a single master slide deck in PowerPoint — so the whole team could use, duplicate and present from one file. Generally, the 55+ slides in the full system cover:
- Cover and section-break slides, for opening a deck and moving between topics
- Standard content layouts — headlines, body copy, bullet and numbered lists
- Reusable container components, for callouts and short-form content
- Data and map components, for presenting markets, venues or metrics
- A custom icon and doodle set, one per market
- An imagery direction, with curated photography for every region
- Closing and "thank you" slides, in every language the team presents in
Campaigns & Marketing
Paid Ads System
An AI-assisted production system scaling one campaign across markets, languages and formats.

View project →Campaign Look & Feel
Concept, campaign system and on-site execution for IKONO Madrid's relaunch.
View project →Campaign Look & Feel
The full look and feel behind IKONO Madrid's relaunch — concept, campaign system and on-site execution.
Relaunch Campaign
A full 360° campaign built for the relaunch of IKONO Madrid — concept, social, paid media, CRM and physical pieces, all tied to a launch event I helped take from concept through execution on the night itself.
See the full AI production workflow under Generative AI Production.
The scope covered the full loop: a conversion-oriented landing page, video editing and motion for the campaign itself, and a template system that let the same look and feel flex across different markets without rebuilding it each time. AI was used throughout — for ideation, production and adapting content faster across formats. All of it fed into a relaunch event that I helped bring to life from concept to the night of execution.
Campaign Overview & Phases
What the reopening needed to achieve, and the two-phase approach used to get there — building curiosity first, then going big on the comeback.
Core Messaging
The key idea and tone of voice guardrails that kept every piece of copy — from OOH headlines to Instagram captions — sounding like the same relaunch.
Copywriting
I also wrote the campaign copy, in English and Spanish, split across the two phases — a few of the lines that carried it:
“We’re reimagining your next experience.”
Bigger. Bolder. More playful than ever.
“IKONO is back. New experiences. New ways to play.”
IKONO ha vuelto. Nuevas experiencias. Nuevas formas de jugar.
See yourself from a new perspective.
You control the lights.
Touch. Move. Transform.
“Immersive experiences shaped by you.”
Sign-off · Experiencias inmersivas hechas para ti.Guidelines Overview
A quick-reference sheet — backgrounds, discount badges, title and subtitle treatment, and the bento-shaped containers used to frame every image across the campaign.
Landing Page
The conversion-focused landing page built for the relaunch.
Out Of Home
The same look and feel taken outdoors — a JCDecaux billboard announcing the reopening date.
Pop Up
The reopening announcement, adapted for both web and mobile.
Imagery Direction
Real people interacting with the space, captured for joy, fun, surprise and play — the emotional core the whole campaign was built around.
Paid Media
Story and feed formats built on the same three principles: grab attention instantly, keep messaging short, and prioritize performance over complexity. Beyond social, some ads also ran across OTA channels, including El Corte Inglés and Entradas.com.
On-Site Installation
Beyond the digital and OOH pieces, I designed a bilingual banner to invite passersby outside the venue itself, coordinated the print supplier, and was on site for the install.
Paid Ads System
One Concept, Hundreds of Market-Ready Ads
One campaign concept, built once in Figma and adapted across 5 cities, 2 languages and 4 audience segments — turning a single creative idea into hundreds of market-ready ads in days, not weeks.
Every campaign was split into two funnel stages, awareness and conversion, and each stage was tailored to three audience targets: couples, families and friends.
Summer Party Activation
Campaign system, on-site activation and social content for IKONO's Summer Party, in partnership with KAZU.
Summer Party Activation
A ticketed brand activation designed to introduce IKONO Madrid to a new audience — full creative direction, print and digital production, on-site content capture, and a parallel identity system built for main partner KAZU.
Social Media Results
Custom Holographic Merchandising
Personalised holographic stickers designed as event giveaways.
Live Totebag Painting — On-Site Activation
As part of the event, I ran a live totebag-painting activation as the on-site graphic artist, set up inside one of IKONO's rooms.

Art Meets Hospitality
Out Of Home, Across Two Cities
Large-format out-of-home executions — construction wraps, billboards and arena takeovers, across Barcelona and Vienna.
Out Of Home, Across Two Cities
Vienna — Museum Entrance
Mariahilfer Str. 54, Vienna. A large-format ad covering the IKONO Vienna entrance during construction, reading "Magic awaits behind this ad" — turning a closed door into an invitation instead of a dead end, and keeping the brand visible while the space itself was out of action.
Barcelona — Arenas Shopping Center Takeover
A full takeover of every advertising surface across Arenas: digital MUPIs, entrance screens, directional window vinyls, printed QR materials and a 4-metre suspended centrepiece — all production-ready assets adapted and prepared within two weeks, across multiple design programs, coordinated straight through to production.

Illustrated merchandise for IKONO museums across Europe — designed, prepared for print and produced with local suppliers in every city.
IKONO City Tote Bags
Seven tote bags designed to be sold at the entrance of IKONO museums in Madrid, Barcelona, Vienna, Rome, Copenhagen, Berlin and Budapest. Each bag included acrylic fabric paints so kids could colour it in, and the bags were also given away at brand activations and in exchange for visitor reviews.
Design: 100% designed and illustrated by me in Adobe Illustrator, in a black-and-white doodle style that brings each city to life through its landmarks. The artwork was prepared as SVG files for print.
Production: I coordinated pricing, suppliers and delivery times with printers in each country, together with each museum's marketing specialist, and adapted the file formats to every printer's requirements.
Fashion Design
Two personal fashion projects: Inked Jackets, hand-painted custom denim, and Gravity Co., a streetwear label I started and ran on my own.
Hand-Painted Denim
Inked Jackets started as a personal hobby and grew into a small business — hand-painting custom denim jackets with acrylic paint and a varnish-sealing technique, entirely self-taught. Every jacket was designed and painted to order, based on what each client wanted: their pet, a favourite animal, a character, or something entirely their own.
The Process
The Designs
A range built entirely on client requests — pets, animals, characters, and the occasional fan-art piece.
Worn
The finished jackets, out in the world.
Building a Brand From the Fabric Up
Gravity Co. was a personal streetwear brand I started a few years ago and ran entirely on my own — every design hand-illustrated in Procreate, then tested until I found the right supplier, fabric and print method (a heat-pressed patch, printed directly onto the fabric). Beyond the art, I handled every part of the business myself: sourcing, budgeting, packaging design, and shipping orders worldwide. In one month alone, the brand sold over 100 shirts. It paused during the pandemic and never quite picked back up, but it taught me more about running a brand than any single design project has — and it's something I'd love to revisit one day.
The Designs
Each design hand-illustrated from scratch in Procreate, then colour-separated and heat-pressed as a patch directly onto the fabric.
Worn
Product photography and real customers wearing the pieces — part of the same shoot-it-yourself approach that ran through the whole brand.
KNOTION Stories
Book covers and story illustrations for KNOTION, an educational ed-tech platform — hand-painted, customised title by title and localised into different languages.
Stories Kids Learn From
KNOTION's library of children's stories needed covers and interior illustrations that could travel — across subjects, age groups and languages. I designed and painted the covers for each title, customising every one to its story and adapting it for different language editions, and illustrated the spreads inside. Everything was hand-painted on a Wacom tablet in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, moving between a clean vector style and a softer, realistic painted finish depending on the book. A finished cover took me two days — twice the speed of any other designer on the team.
The Covers
Each cover built around its own story and characters, then localised for every language edition — one consistent series look, many destinations.
Worlds to Explore
Landmark scenes painted for the travel stories — Cappadocia, Hagia Sophia and a classical Greek temple — in a textured vector style with hand-drawn line work.
Inside a Story
Spreads from an illustrated science story on the life cycle of the butterfly, painted in the softer, realistic style.
Generative NFT Collection
Creative lead on a 1,000-piece generative NFT collection of hand-drawn cartoon avocados — art direction, character and trait design, animation and social media. Dallas, Texas, United States, working remotely.
1,000 Grumpy Avocados
I led a cross-functional team of investors, marketers and developers to build a distinctive collection of 1,000 NFTs from the ground up. As creative lead, I owned the art direction, the social media marketing, the animations and the curation of every trait — designing one grumpy base character and a library of hand-drawn pieces that the code could combine into 1,000 different avocados. Working closely with the developers, I made sure the art system and the technical build fit together seamlessly, which let us establish the brand in the blockchain space and ship a varied, funny collection that resonated with its audience.
One Character, Four Skins
Everything starts from a single base: a small, permanently unimpressed avocado. Four skins — classic green, golden, red and pale — set the foundation every trait is drawn to fit.
Building the Trait System
The collection is a set of layers — skin, eyes, mouth, hat or hair, clothes or seed, back, object and background. Each trait was drawn to sit precisely on the base character, so any combination the code picks still reads as one finished illustration.
Rarity & One-of-Ones
Curating rarity was part of the art direction: three rare trait families — gold, rainbow and egg — are spread thinly across the collection, and ten one-of-one avocados break the style completely, from a low-poly vector version to solid gold, a child's drawing and a realistic render.
Wayfinding & Systems
Icon System
A 70+ icon system built on a custom grid, used from museum signage to pitch decks.
View project →Signage & Storytelling
Bilingual signage and a storytelling grid for seven museums, in two colourways.
View project →Experience Navigation Maps
Hand-drawn 3D venue maps, tested on-site and produced for seven venues.
View project →Icon System
A custom icon system built on its own grid, shared across signage, decks and print.
Icon System, Built on a Custom Grid
A 64×64px icon system built from scratch on a custom grid matched to the brand's own geometry — 70+ icons across three families, used everywhere from room signage in 7 museums to investor pitch decks.
Signage & Storytelling
Wayfinding signage and a room-by-room storytelling system for IKONO's museums.
A Custom Signage Design System
Two connected systems built for the same problem: museums aren't a single start-to-finish path, they're a space people have to find their own way through. Signage handles the practical side, while a storytelling grid at each room's entrance, translated into 7 languages, gives context before visitors even walk in.
I worked directly with the architecture team and the art director, measuring spaces in person to propose the right global sizing and make sure every safety and directional rule — emergency exits, do-not-enter zones, room numbers — was clearly marked without breaking the brand's visual language.
Grid & Systems
Experience Navigation Maps
Branded 3D maps that help visitors find their way through seven venues across Europe.
User Experience Navigation Maps
Branded 3D wayfinding maps designed to help visitors navigate seven IKONO venues across Europe — researched, drawn by hand and tested on-site before rollout.
The Process
Research & Brief
Gathering the brief, storytelling and imagery, plus essential safety information — emergency exits, bathrooms, front desk and more.
Architecture & Route
Working with the architecture team on real floor plans, measurements, room names and numbers, to define the most realistic UX route through each venue.
On-Site Testing
Gathering venue information and testing the wayfinding with real people, to confirm the route actually works before it goes live.
Measured On-Site
The forex panel produced at the 2-metre entrance format used at every venue.
100% Better Wayfinding
Every venue saw visitors report a better experience finding their way.
Where It Mattered Most
Biggest impact where movement had been difficult and clear signage was key for safety.
Art
Anatomical Back
Custom Piece for a Medical Office
A large-scale, hand-drawn illustration of the muscles of the human back, custom-made for a medical office — worked entirely freehand in fine-liner ink and charcoal.
The Process
Six Panels
The canvas divided into six panels, measured by eye and sketched freehand in pencil, precise enough to keep the anatomy correct at full scale.
Line & Shadow
The piece built up with fine-liner ink pens, adjusting line intensity panel by panel to create the light and shadow that shape each muscle.
Depth
The deepest shadows filled in with black charcoal and permanent marker for a realistic sense of depth.
The challenge was threefold: the complexity of human anatomy itself, keeping the fine-liner shading consistent across a piece this size, and the sheer physical work of drawing at 1.80 × 2 metres — but it was a good reminder of why I love art.
Ink on Paper
Drawn With an Everyday Pen
A series of animal portraits drawn freehand with a standard ballpoint pen — no references copied and no digital tools, just line, pattern and a lot of patience. The pieces were created for an art exhibition, where the collection sold out almost entirely in its first week.
Get in touch
Thank you for visiting my portfolio!
Whether you're interested in collaborating, have any questions, or just want to say hi, feel free to get in touch! I'm always open to new opportunities and meeting new people.
About Me
I'm Ana, nice to meet you.
My path started early, when I was winning art competitions at school as a kid, and design has felt like home ever since. Three years ago, I made the leap from Mexico to Spain, my mother's homeland and now my second one too. I'd always felt made for something bigger and wanted to see more of the world, learn new languages and meet other cultures, so when the right opportunity came along, I took it and built a second home here in Madrid.
In every project, the first thing I look for is whether it's functional and meets the business objective, because beauty always has to serve a purpose. The projects that give me the most energy are in marketing: I love designing by seasonality and adapting a system to fit every moment. I also genuinely enjoy the art direction side of the job.
Outside client work, illustration, fashion and personal art are what I come back to for fun. Based in Madrid, open to remote and hybrid.
What People Say
“One of the most talented designers I've worked with. She doesn't just execute a brief — she brings thoughtful ideas to the table, takes ownership of her projects, and consistently delivers high-quality work.”
“A real powerhouse of energy and creativity from day one. She always looks at the bigger picture first, and combines traditional design skills with AI-assisted creativity to make her ideas even stronger.”
